This means that certain personal information is required by law on sign-up and all course material must be completed and the final exam passed before you are able to obtain a certificate.

At the end of these courses, you will see a form to fill out and submit. This form is sent directly to the team that produces and mails out AB registries certificates.

*Failure to fill out this form each time, regardless of pass or fail, will result in your inability to write a second attempt should you fail your first, or upon passing, obtain a certificate.

Course Expectations:

If 80% or greater is not achieved, you will be allowed to re-attempt the exam after a 24 hour cooldown period.

These secondary attempts are manually issued during business hours only.
If your 24 hour period is reached outside of standard business hours, you will be issued access the morning of the next business day.

**Should you be unsuccessful at the second attempt, you will be required to repurchase the course.
