Activation Code vs. Enrolment Key

You may have just received an activation code in your email, but you're wondering why it's not giving you access to the course?

Activation codes (8 digits) are issued to you by a Training Manager.  

On the login portal there is a section toward the bottom left that is titled 'Activate My Account'. You must input the 8 digit activation code into that section (including the dash), to gain access to the account with the training that your Training Manager assigned to you.

Once you've done so and have added your email and/or phone number to your account, you'll receive a second code to confirm your account. Afterward, your training will be found in the 'My Courses' section.  Please note you will not use this Activation Code again.  Once you enter a method of contact, that is your new username.

An enrolment key is a specific code for a specific code that is not distributed freely over email through our system and is different than the activation code.
