Cancelling or Suspending Subscription Services & Reactivation

Do you need to cancel or suspend your subscription? Are you looking to reactivate your suspended or cancelled subscription? Here's what you need to know.

All students must email bcchelp@weknowtraining.ca a minimum of 2 days prior to their subscription renewal date. 

If you email after your renewal date, we, unfortunately, cannot refund the amount paid for that month. You will continue to have access until the end of the month and the cancellation or suspension will take effect on the renewal date. 


**If you decide to resume your subscription, you will not be required to pay the $130 course activation fee again. Simply send us an email indicating you would like to reactivate. 

The work on your course will be saved, you can pick up exactly from where you left off upon reactivation.
