You've just purchased an online course but it isn't appearing under the 'My Courses' section. If this is the case, you may have created a Training Manager (Corporate) account. Not to worry, here is how you access your courses!
Login to your account:
On the left-hand side under the ‘Manage’ section select ‘Licenses’
Your purchased courses will appear. Select ‘Distribute’
Towards the top of the page select ‘Take My Course’
Confirm the granting of the course to your account by selecting 'Take My Course'
You will now have access to the course in your account under the ‘My Courses’ section. You can now access your course at any time. In the future, follow these steps for any other courses you’ve purchased.
