My Course Isn't Working!

Are you having course issues? Is your course not loading, or maybe your submit button isn't working? Maybe it's frozen? If so, we recommend switching to Google Chrome.

Our courses are built with Google Chrome in mind as users experience issues with other browsers such as Edge, Safari, Firefox, and most importantly, Internet Explorer. 

If you are using Google Chrome, please ensure that it is the most updated version. To update Google Chrome:

1. Click on the settings bar (the three vertical dots on the right).

2. Go to 'Help' and select 'About Google Chrome'.

3. Let the page load and Google Chrome will automatically detect the browser version and update.
