I Need To Reset My Password

Step 1

At the login portal, select ‘reset my password’ and input your login credentials.

Be sure to select either ‘Email’ or ‘Mobile’ depending on what contact method you used to create the account.

Step 2

If the email or mobile number is associated with an account, an email or SMS message will be sent. Once you’ve received the email or SMS message, follow the link within to reset the password.

Step 3

After you’ve set a new password to your account, you will be logged in with access to your account.

Training Managers can also send password reset emails to users through the Training Manager account.

Step 1

In the learners section click on ‘actions’ next to the user who needs a password reset.

Step 2

Select ‘Send Password Reset Notification’

Step 3

The user will then be notified by their notification preference, either the email or mobile phone on the account will receive a notification with a link to reset their password.
