How To Share Learners In An Organization

The Training Manager that owns the specific Learner, or set of Learners, is the one that needs to complete these steps.

As a Training Manager, you may want to gain access to a specific Learner, or group of Learners, from another Training Manger within the Organization. This is possible to do with our Organization feature.

Follow the steps below to gain or share access to a learner with your fellow Training Managers within your Organization:

Step 1

The first step is to go to the ‘Learners’ section which is found on the left side under ‘Manage’.

Step 2

Find the Learner you’d like to share to the Organization and click on their name. This will take you to their profile.

Step 3

Click on ‘Learner Organizations’.

Step 4

Select the organization and then click save.

The Learner has now been shared with the Organization.

Any Training Manager that is a part of the assigned Organization will now have access to this Learner to distribute training to them.

By sharing licenses with the Organization, you will now be able to see this Learners training history.
