Summary of our refund policy, as well as our subscription terms and conditions.

All sales are final 

We Know Training does not offer any refunds. If a license or course is unused and owned by We Know Training, it can be exchanged for others of equal or lesser value. 

Please note: Any courses or licenses belonging to partners of We Know Training cannot be refunded nor exchanged. 

Subscription Terms and Conditions

By selecting the "I Agree" box when subscribing with We Know Training for any service or course, the user is consenting to be charged monthly until the user has followed the correct steps to cancel the subscription. 

We Know Training does not refund subscription payments, set-up fees or fees charged for additional orders, such as extra resources or instruction. It is the full responsibility of the user to ensure that cancellations are completed before a recurring payment is processed.
