What if my learner has an existing account already? Sometimes a learner might have made their own account or have one from a previous employer. You can still use this as usual.
1. Go to "Manage Learners"
2. Click on "Add Learner"
3. Enter the Learner's information as it appears in the existing account.
4. You can then assign them training. Once they accept the training, their existing account will be connected to yours.
