Where's My Certificate, I Finished The Course!

Your certificates are available in your account under the 'My Certifications' menu.

Okay, but how do I get there?

We've got you covered!

1. Log in through your portal. 

2. In your profile, click 'My Certifications'* from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.  

*If you do not see 'My Certifications', click where it says 'Learning' to open a drop-down menu.

3. Look for the certificate you'd like to download and select 'View.'  
4. Select the type of certificate you'd like to download - Wallet Card,* or Wall Certificate. 
5. It will download a pdf copy, you can choose to print.

*For regulated courses, please note that you are required to have a copy of your wallet certificate on your person while on the worksite. 

If you are unable to see your certificate after trying the above steps, it's possible you have yet to confirm your contact method. 

a.) Go to 'My Account' (click your name, top right)
b.) Click the bar to resend an activation code to your preferred contact method.

c.) When you receive the code, go back to 'My Account', click the orange bar again and enter the code in the field provided.
