Locating My Course That I Purchased

Have you purchased a course but it isn't appearing in your 'My Courses' menu in your account profile?

If you are logged in and your course isn't appearing on the left-hand side underneath 'My Courses', you are likely a Training Manager account. If you are not a Training Manager, you may have created a 'Training Manager' account (corporate account) by mistake. Training Managers can still access training themselves, they just need to distribute the course to themselves to have it appear on the My Courses page.

No need to worry, log into your account, and follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account and select “Manage Licenses” under the Training tab.
  2. Once you see the course you're looking for, click the gear marked “Manage
  3. You should see a button labeled "Take This Course" in the drop-down menu. This will assign the course to you.
  4. You should be directed to the course immediately, but if not you will find it in the "my courses" menu on the left-hand side. 

 

If you are unable to find your course with the above directions, you may have 2 accounts. This happens a lot more often than you'd think! Try logging in using another email, or phone number.
