Can't find your receipt? Follow the simple steps below to get it from your account!
1. Log into your RapidLMS account.
2. In the top right-hand corner, under your name, there will be a drop-down menu. You should select 'My Orders'.
3. On this page you will find all your existing orders and have the ability to select 'View Receipt'.
Please note, that if there are no orders available, it is possible that you have two accounts. Try logging in with another email or mobile device!
